£10per class
  • if 5 classes booked or £12 drop-in fee

  • Mon 9:30 or 18:00, Tues and Weds 9:30
  • Large airy, mirrored studio with plenty of parking

Online classes (via Zoom)

£6per class
  • Fri 11.15
  • There’s a mailing list for zoom passcodes
  • Mixed ability
  • I can see everyone on a large screen

1-2-1 or 2-2-1 Sessions

£40per hour (1-2-1)
  • or 3 for £100 (1-2-1)
  • Reformer two people @ £20 each or 3 for £50 each (2-2-1)
  • These prices apply if both people have had a 1-2-1 on reformer in the past

Risby Village Hall

£6per class
  • if paid half termly or £7 drop-in fee
  • Tues 2-3pm (Term time only)
  • Great timing for pick up from Risby Junior School
  • A slightly slower more chatty class, but still a challenging workout!

Troston Village Hall

£8per class
  • if 6 week course booked or £10 drop-n fee
  • Weds 6-7pm

New Studio Classes

£40per hour, per session
  • up to 4 people @ £40 per session, e.g. £10 each for 4 people
  • Mon – Fri at different times (see Book Now page)
